Digital Wellbeing is the impact technology has on mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. The effect that technology and social media has on young people is concerning - from links with anxiety and depression to problems with connection, communication and physical health.

With Covid-19 impacting the way in which we study and work, remote learning, remote working and hybrid environments are much more common than before. Due to this, screen time is at an all-time high which can lead to a loss in productivity, sleep problems, anxiety and more… So it’s important to act now.
