what do I think?

Personally, during my time at techtimeout, they have provided me with flexible working hours, which I believe has minimised my stress and anxiety because it motivates me to work harder and helps me feel more productive because I am not under the burden of having fixed hours. I'm letting my imagination run wild. It's also nice to be able to work from home and organise my workspace without being distracted.
